Our Story
JCR Pool Cage Services is run by Julio Rodriguez, who worked in pool cage and screen enclosure work for another company before deciding to go independent and start this business in Florida. It's a newer company — we're still building our track record in the Palmetto, Ellenton, Bradenton, and Sarasota area — but the trade experience behind it isn't new.
Right now that means we're focused on doing the work right and earning reviews and repeat business the straightforward way: showing up, doing proper prep before any paint or screen job, and being honest about what a cage actually needs instead of upselling a bigger job than necessary.
What We Focus On
Pool cage painting is our lead service, alongside screen repair and rescreening, cage construction and restoration, and the smaller add-ons — pergolas, lighting, pressure washing, and paver work — that round out a pool area. We don't do plumbing, electrical beyond low-voltage cage lighting, or general home remodeling; if a job falls outside what we do well, we'll say so.
